| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu nabídky a poptávky služeb ve vybrané oblasti. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je provedení průzkumu nabídky a poptávky služeb ve vybrané oblasti. Na základě analýzy zjištěných dat navrhnout způsob nabídky služeb a stanovit vhodné portfolio služeb. Potřebná data byla získána pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Vybranou oblastí bylo zvoleno ''Mirovicko''. Dílčím cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení situace, jaké služby jsou v dané oblasti nedostačující a jakých je naopak nadbytek. Dalším dílčím cílem je snaha navrhnout způsob, který by pomohl ke zkvalitnění poskytovaných služeb. Ke zjištění této situace byla použita SWOT analýza dané oblasti.
Po vyhodnocení dotazníků byly zjištěny konkrétní oblasti služeb, kde by mělo dojít ke zlepšení v nabídce služeb. Především by se zlepšení mělo týkat služeb v oblasti sportu, kultury, bankovních služeb, specializovaných prodejen, osobních služeb a v neposlední řadě i služeb v oblasti, která by přispěla k vyšší zaměstnanosti. Největším nedostatkem, který obyvatelé pociťují, je absence bankomatu a koupaliště. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor degrese thesis concentrates on analysis of the supply and demand of services in the selected area. The main goal of the thesis is to execute a research focused on the supply and demand of services in the selected area. Data resulting from the research shall serve as the basis for a proposal of services to be supplied, including their portfolio. One of the sub-goals of the bachelor degrese thesis is to evaluate the situation, determining any services that are insufficient or, conversely, oversupplied in the area. Another sub-goal is the effort to propose the process that would help to achieve higher quality of the provided services, and also to propose the areas of promotion that would help to attract new visitors. To determine this situation, the SWOT analysis of the given area has been applied. Necessary data have been obtained throught a questionnaire procedure. The selected area is the region of ''Mirovice'', located in South Bohemia.
After questionnaires have been evaluated, specific areas of the services were determined where the offer of services should be improved. The improvement would especially be required in the sectors of sports, culture, bank services, specialized shops, personal services and, last but not least, the area that would contribute to rising the current employment rate. The services perceived by inhabitants as the most lacking are a cash dispenser and a swimming pool. | eng |
