| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu hodnocení a motivace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku a navrhnout jejich případné změny.
První část této práce je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení pojmu motivace, teorií motivace, hodnocení pracovníků, hodnocení práce a metod hodnocení práce a na vymezení pojmu stimulace a stimulačních prostředků.
