| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce je věnována motivaci a odměňování zaměstnanců ve vybrané firmě. Cílem práce je udělat analýzu motivování a odměňování ve firmě MA-DONA s.r.o. a navrhnout zlepšení těchto procesů. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se tématu. V praktické části je charakteristika vybrané firmy, způsoby jak v dané firmě motivují své zaměstnance a jaký mají způsob odměňování. K zobrazení skutečností je použito dotazníkového šetření se zaměstnanci a rozhovor s vedoucí pracovnicí. Výstupem této práce je navržení řešení pro zlepšení motivačních a odměňovacích procesů ve firmě. | cze |
