| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řízení lidských zdrojů, s bližším zaměřením na jadernou elektrárnu. Práce teoreticky popisuje hlavní modely a cíle řízení lidských zdrojů. Prakticky se práce zaměřuje na popis činností spojených s řízením lidských zdrojů v praxi. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření je zjišťován postoj zaměstnanců ke vzdělávání v dané firmě a následně jsou navrženy možná zlepšení v oblasti vzdělávání. | cze |
