| dc.description.abstract-translated | The theoretical part contains a literature search, which relates to the topics. Primary data were obtained from the "Mystery Guest" research method. Secondary informations were drawn from the prospectuses and many websites of the region of Lipno. In the practical part was compiled a complete analysis of the supply of additional tourism services. Next the Region of Lipno was compared with other tourist regions in the Czech republic as well as with selected tourist destinations abroad.
Based on the analysis and primary research was suggested an optimal extension of the supply of additional tourism services and also some recommendations for improving the quality of provided services in order to increase the competitiveness of the Region of Lipno. | eng |
