| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nezaměstnaností žen na trhu práce v okrese Český Krumlov. Cílem práce je zjistit, co nejvíce ovlivňuje nezaměstnanost žen a jaké specifické problémy se objevují při zaměstnávání žen v okrese Český Krumlov. Práce obsahuje nejprve obecný popis nezaměstnanosti a trhu práce, dále popis gender politiky a gender problémů, které mnohdy vedou k nižší zaměstnanosti u žen.
Další část je praktická. V rámci této části je provedena analýza vybraných faktorů a jejich vlivu na nezaměstnanost - věk, vzdělání, mateřská dovolená, dalším faktorem je vstup České republiky do Schengenského prostoru. Praktická část je založena na dostupných datech především z příslušného Úřadu práce v Českém Krumlově. Data jsou následně analyzována a porovnávána v rámci období 2006-2015. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this thesis is to analyse and describe the labour market in terms of unemployment of women in the district of Český Krumlov.
The thesis includes a description of unemployment and labour market in general. It also includes a characterization of gender policy and gender issues and stereotypes that often lead to lower employment of women. One of the objectives is to find out what affects this gender segregation the most and what are the specific problems in getting employment for women in the district of Český Krumlov. The thesis also includes analysation of risk factors and their impact on the employment of women - age, education, maternity leave and next factor is the Czech Republic's accession to the Schengen area in 2007.
The analysis is based on available data mainly from the Labour Office in Český Krumlov. A particular attention is given to enter of the women to the labour market after maternity or parental leave and analysis of the application of graduates. Based on conducted analysis, data are compared with data from 2006 to 2015 and final part is based on analysis of specific trends in this lapse of time. | eng |
