| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je zabývat se problematikou financování sociálních služeb. Myšlenkou bakalářské práce je analyzovat a porovnávat zdroje financování vybraných domovů pro seniory.
Sociální služby se poskytují osobám, které mají problém uspět například na trhu práce absolventi, nebo dalším osobám, které potřebují pomoc i jiné osoby například senioři nebo postižení lidé. Práce vychází ze zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách.
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část je zaměřena na obecné pojmy týkající se sociálních služeb a zejména jejich financování. Dále jsou vysvětleny základní termíny týkající se efektivity, finančního plánu a komunitního plánování.
Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá popisem domovů pro seniory, které se liší svými zřizovateli, a jejich hlavními finančními zdroji. Na závěr bakalářské práce jsou shrnuty výsledky z analýzy, jejíž cílem bylo zjistit, který ze dvou vybraných domovů pro seniory je financován efektivněji a lépe hospodaří se svými náklady. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The goal of the bachelor thesis is to follow up the problems especially of financing of social services. The aim of this thesis is to analyse and compare the financing of the retirement homes.
Social services are provided to people, who have problems to succeed in the labour market such as graduates or disadvantaged people who need the help of another person, for example handicapped or seniors. The work follows a pattern of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., On Social Services.
The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes the basic terms such as social services and their financing. I also explain the basic terms related to the effeciency, the financial plan and the community planning.
The practical part deals with the basic description of the retirement homes, which have different founders and the financing of these retirement homes. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes the result of the analysis, which goals was to find out, which of the two retirement homes are funded efficiently, and which of the two retirement homes manage its costs. | eng |
