| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se snaží monitorovat nezaměstnanost žen v táborském regionu v letech. 2009-2015 ve srovnání s celkovou nezaměstnaností v regionu ve sledovaném období. V teoretické části budou vysvětleny jednotlivé pojmy, které souvisí s problematikou nezaměstnanosti vůbec. Dále zde bude zmíněna problematika nezaměstnanosti žen v obecné rovině. V praktické části bude sledován vývoj celkové nezaměstnanosti v komparaci s nezaměstnaností žen z různých úhlů pohledu. V jednotlivých kategoriích pro srovnání celkové nezaměstnanosti s nezaměstnaností žen budou použity grafy. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This work tries to monitor the unemployment of women in the Tabor region in years 2009-2015 in comparison with the total unemployment rate in the region in the monito-red period. The individual terms which connected with the issue of unemployment will be explained in the theoretical part. The issue of the unemployment of women will be mentioned here in general. There will be monitored the development of the total unem-ployment in comparison with the unemployment of women from different kinds of view in the practical part.
