| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem science center ve světě i v tuzemsku a podrobně zkoumá vybraný podnik. Konkrétně je zaměřena na nově vybudované Science centrum Alternátor v Třebíči. Jedná se o jediné centrum tohoto typu na Vysočině. V teoretické části jsou objasněny nezbytné pojmy tématu, historie a současné trendy vědeckotechnických parků. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku vnitřního prostředí podniku spolu s vypracovanou finanční analýzou centra. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak důležité je Science centrum Alternátor pro Třebíč a její okolí vzhledem k požadavkům společnosti. Dále bakalářská práce zkoumá, jaké má centrum postavení na ekonomickém trhu a řeší jeho konkurenci. Výsledků bylo docíleno za pomoci mikro a makro analýz podniku spolu s dotazníkovým šetřením. Ze zjištěných závěrů je vypracován plán na zdokonalení poskytovaných služeb centra včetně ekonomických dopadů návrhů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This work deals with the development of science centres both in this country and abroad and examines the chosen company in detail. It is specifically focused on the newly built Science Centre Alternátor in Třebíč, which is the only centre of such kind in the Highlands. In the theoretical part, necessary terms of the topic, the history and current trends of scientific and technical parks are explained. The practical part contains the characteristics of the inner environment of the company as well as the financial analysis of the centre. The aim of the work is to find out how important Science Centre Alternátor is for Třebíč and its surroundings with regard to the needs of society. Furthermore, the work examines the position of the company on the economic market and its competitors. The results have been found via questionnaires and using both micro and macro analyses of the company. Based on the findings, a plan for improving the provided services of the centre including economic effects of the proposals has been worked out. | eng |
