| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá pěstouny z hlediska jejich motivace a potřeb. Nejdříve je představena pěstounská péče jako forma náhradní rodinné péče, její legislativní ukotvení a teoretické poznatky, které se k ní a k jejímu vykonávání váží. Krátce je vysvětleno, co je to motivace a jak se váže k pěstounské péči. Stejně tak je vysvětlen význam potřeb.
Pro konfrontaci s těmito teoretickými poznatky byl proveden kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěti pěstounkami. Díky výsledkům výzkumu byly zodpovězeny obě výzkumné otázky, z nichž se jedna ptala, jaká je motivace k volbě stát se pěstounem. Druhá výzkumná otázka se ptala, jaké nové potřeby pěstounská role přináší. Motivující se ukázala především pomoc dětem, méně často rozšíření rodiny nebo finanční odměna. Oblasti potřeb pěstounů je vhodné věnovat více pozornosti ze strany doprovázejících organizací. Toto doporučení je důležitým výstupem práce. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with foster parents from the point of their motivation and their needs. The beginning of the thesis introduces foster care as a substitute form of parental care and necessary legislative support together with theoretical findings. The next part of the thesis focuses on brief explanation of the term motivation and its connection with foster care. Additionally, the importance of needs is explained.
After the introduction of these theoretical findings, the qualitative research in form of semi structured conversations with five foster parents has been made. Thanks to the research results, both research questions has been answered. The first one deals with the motivation of becoming a foster parent and the other one considers which new needs a foster care brings. In conclusion, as major factors in foster care proved to be the help for the children and less often the family extension or financial reward. From the accompanying organizations, it is suitable to pay more attention to foster parents' needs. This recommendation is an important outcome of the bachelor thesis. | eng |
