| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit současnou situaci podniku pomocí analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí a navrhnout opatření pro daný podnik, která by zlepšila jeho postavení na trhu. Zkoumanou firmou je HZT Technik servis a.s. sídlící v Milíně a jejíž hlavní činností je prodej, servis a poskytování služeb v oblasti zemědělských strojů a komunální techniky. Informace potřebné pro zpracování bakalářské práce byly poskytnuty samotnou firmou a dále čerpány z odborné literatury. Získané znalosti pomohly pochopit danou problematiku a umožnily zpracovat analýzy v praktické části. Pro naplnění cíle bakalářské práce byly provedeny tyto analýzy: Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil, finanční analýza a SWOT analýza. Výsledky jednotlivých analýz byly shrnuty a došlo ke stanovení návrhů na řešení a zlepšení dosavadní situace. | cze |

The company, its main activities and history are described. The necessary information was provided by the company itself and from the professional literature. The gained knowledge is valuable for understanding the issue and for analyses. To achieve the goal the Porter's five forces, financial analysis and swot analysis were used.
