| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání fondů doplňkového penzijního spoření dle zvolených kritérií. Na českém trhu působí osm penzijních společností, které nabízejí fondy doplňkového penzijního spoření. Práce je věnována popisu historie a současného stavu penzijního systému v České republice, definování pojmů souvisejících s doplňkovým penzijním připojištěním. Dále jsou popsány transformované a účastnické fondy a jejich zastoupení na trhu v České republice. Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze fondů podle vybraných kritérií jako je výnosnost, riziko, fondový vlastní kapitál a další ukazatele. V závěru práce napíši zhodnocení jednotlivých fondů a doporučení. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit vliv penzijní reformy na tento segment trhu. V rámci zvoleného kritéria je použita metoda prostého pořadí, kdy je každého kritériu přiřazeno pořadí podle toho, jak toho kritérium účastník preferuje. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis focuses on the comparison of supplementary pension savings funds according to selected criteria. There are eight pension companies operating on the Czech market offering supplementary pension savings funds. The thesis is devoted to the description of the history and the current state of the pension system in the Czech Republic, the definition of terms related to supplementary pension. The transformed and participating funds and their representation in the market in the Czech Republic are also described. The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of funds according to selected criteria such as profitability, risk, fund equity and other indicators. At the end of the thesis is a written evaluation of individual funds and recommendations. The result of this work is to evaluate the impact of pension reform on this market segment. Within the chosen criterion, a simple order method is used, according to which the criteria are allocated according to the preferred way of the participant. | eng |
