| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá produktivitou práce a ukazateli finanční analýzy. Hlavním cílem je zhodnotit vztah mezi produktivitou práce a finanční situací podniků. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je teoretická, která definuje typy produktivity, měření produktivity a ukazatele finanční analýzy. Dále je popsána metodika, ve které jsou obsaženy postupy a vzorce, které byli použity v poslední části této práce. V praktické části jsou charakterizovány vybrané výrobní společnosti. Tato kapitola se dále zabývá výpočtem produktivity práce a finanční situací podniků. Jsou zde vypočítány ukazatele rentability, aktivity, zadluženosti a likvidity. Dále jsou podniky hodnoceny pomocí bonitních a bankrotních modelů. Na konci této části je zhodnocení vztahu mezi produktivitou práce a finanční situací podniků. Veškerá data použitá v bakalářské práci jsou získána z databáze ALBERTINA za období 2015 - 2016. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with labour productivity and financial analysis. The main goal is to assess relation between labour productivity and financial situation of companies. The thesis is divided into three parts. At the beginning is the theoretical part, which defines types of productivity, productivity measurement and indicators of financial analysis. In the methodology, there are contained formulas that are used in the next part. Characteristics of selected companies are described in the practical part. The chapter deals with calculation of labour productivity and financial situation of enterprises. There are calculated indicators of activity, profitability, leverage and liquidity. Furthermore, the bankruptcy prediction models and financial health model are evaluated. At the end of practical part is assessment of the relation between labour productivity and the financial situation of the enterprises. All data used in the bachelor thesis are obtained from the firm database of ALBERTINA from the period 2015 - 2016. | eng |
