| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá působením na vybrané schopnosti a dovednosti skrze metodiku dramatické výchovy. Teoretická část poukazuje na proměnu společnosti a na důležitost komunikace jako základu pro utváření a růst osobnosti. Reakcí je vznik Dětského divadelního souboru a jeho začlenění do socio-kulturního prostředí obce Láz. V praktické části je kvalitativní průřezová studie prostřednictvím interview se členy souboru, ve které je zjišťováno, jak působí činnost účastníků tohoto souboru na jejich vybrané schopnosti a dovednosti a do jaké míry je v této souvislosti metodika práce zájmové činnosti efektivní. Na základě zjištěných výpovědí lze hovořit o významu souboru pro sociokulturní prostředí obce. Význam je shrnut v závěru práce. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The work deals with the influence on selected abilities and skills through the methodology of drama education. The theoretical part points to the transformation of society and the importance of communication as a basis for the formation and growth of personality. The reaction is the emergence of the Children's theater ensemble and its integration into the socio-cultural environment of the village of Láz. In the practical part is a qualitative cross-sectional study through an interview with the members of the ensemble, in which it is investigated how the activities of the participants of this ensemble work on their chosen abilities and skills and to what extent is the methodology of work of interest activities effective. On the basis of the findings, it is possible to speak of the importance of the ensemble for the socio-cultural environment of the municipality.
