| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálním zabezpečením seniorů v České republice a ve Velké Británii. Cílem bakalářské práce je komparace těchto systémů. Práce je teoretická. Na začátku se obecně věnuje sociální politice a jejím modelům. Dále pak pojednává o cílové skupině seniorů a s tím spojené stáří a stárnutí - stárnutí obyvatelstva je lokální problém, na který je třeba reagovat. Podstatná část mé práce se zabývá sociálním zabezpečením těchto dvou zemí nejvíce se věnuje důchodovému pojištění. Dále jsou zde přiblíženy i dávky, které mohou senioři pobírat a služby, které mohou využívat. Poslední částí je komparace těchto dvou systémů, ve které jsou uvedeny podobnosti a rozdíly mezi Českou republikou a ve Velkou Británií. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis deals with a social security scheme of seniors in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. The thesis is theoretical, and its aim is to compare these two systems. In the beginning, the thesis deals with the social policy and its models in general. It also concerns a target group of seniors, which is associated with an old age and aging - aging of the population is a local problem of each social system, which is something that needs to be acted upon. The substantial part of the thesis deals with the social security of these two countries a pension insurance is described here in particular. It also focuses on the benefits seniors can be given and the services they can use. The last part of the thesis consists of the comparison between these two systems.
