| dc.description.abstract | Práce je zaměřena na sociální podnikání jako příležitost zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Teoretická část je věnována sociálnímu podnikání, jeho definování
a legislativnímu prostředí, kde se sociální podniky pohybují. Dále se zabývá osobami
se zdravotním postižením, jejich vymezení, významu práce. Zároveň jsou zde popsány formy podpory zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením ze strany státu a EU.
Na teoretickou část navazuje výzkum, který má za úkol ověřit znaky sociálního podnikání u třech podniků působících v Českých Budějovicích | cze |
