| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozbor forem motivace, motivačních a stimulačních prostředků ve vybrané společnosti se zpracováním návrhů na zlepšení případných nedostatků. Zjištění nedostatků vede ke zlepšení motivace, protože pokud jsou zaměstnanci spokojení a motivovaní, jsou výkonnější a efektivnější, a i díky tomu společnost prosperuje. Toto se stává hlavním důvodem, proč v dnešní době všechny společnosti kladou důraz na motivaci pracovníků. Práce obsahuje teoretické poznatky z oblasti motivace a stimulace, informace o vybraném podniku a pohled zaměstnanců na situaci. Zhodnocení současného stavu je tedy analyzováno pomocí dotazníkového šetření, pozorování pracoviště, písemností a nestrukturovaných rozhovorů. Nakonec jsou na základě zjištěných skutečností navrženy efektivní změny pro zlepšení současného stavu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the forms of motivation, motivational and stimulating means in a selected company and to elaborate suggestions for improvement of possible deficiencies. Finding deficiencies leads to an improvement in motivation because if the employees are satisfied and motivated they are more efficient and more productive. Due to this assumption the company prospers at the market and nowadays this is the main reason why all companies put emphasis on the employee motivation. The thesis contains theoretical knowledge of the field of motivation and stimulation, information about the selected company and the employees´ view on the situation. The assessment of the current situation is analysed by means of a questionnaire survey, observation of the workplace, internal documents and unstructured interviews. Finally, there are documented effective changes, for improvement of the situation, which are based on the detected facts. | eng |
