| dc.description.abstract-translated | Goal of this work is to analyze and compare the use of software in selected manufacturing companies and to suggest possible improvements. With the surge of use of modern technologies in most industries it's very important for employees to be able to efficiently share information with each other, this is even more important when talking about cooperation in teams, which nowadays very often consist of workers from all over the world working together in virtual teams. The work focuses on theoretical knowledge of said matter from both Czech and international sources and then it explores the practical real-life use of software and information sharing in number of companies.
