| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce popisuje řízení dodavatelského řetězce ve vybraném podniku. Nejen z pohledu firmy jako dodavatele, ale i z pohledu zákazníka. Pro vyšší standard je celá práce podpořena znalostmi odborné literatury. Zkoumá všechny dodavatele a zákazníky společnosti. Obsahem této práce je také logistika. To znamená, že analyzuje skladový systém, logistické náklady, pohyby materiálu a všechny ostatní důležité sekce. Práce obsahuje nejvýznamnější finanční ukazatele společnosti pro lepší přehled o aktuálním stavu financí. Informace o současném řízení logistiky vedou ke zlepšení. Práce proto analyzuje současnou situaci ve společnosti a navrhuje přijatelná zlepšení. | cze |

That means it analyses the stock system, logistics costs, movements of the material and all the other important sections. The work contains uppermost financial indicators of the company for a better overview about the actual state of finance.
