| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá poruchou hromadění a možnostmi sociální práce s lidmi s touto poruchou. Text je členěn do tří kapitol. První část zkoumá poruchu hromadění z psychologického hlediska, vymezí ji a charakterizuje. Druhá část se již zabývá sociální rovinou, dopady hromadící poruchy na život hromadiče, jeho rodiny a širšího okolí. Ve třetí části se práce věnuje úkolům a možnostem sociální práce s hromadiči a nastiňuje vhodný způsob komunikace s nimi. V diskuzi konfrontuji teoretické prameny s kazuistikami získanými pro tuto práci. Dvě kazuistiky byly získány pomocí vlastních rozhovorů s klienty a sociálními pracovnicemi v organizaci Fokus a třetí byla poskytnuta orgánem OSPOD města Přeštice. Všechny kazuistiky v podstatě potvrzují zjištění z odborné literatury a ukazují, že hlavním faktorem úspěchu při léčbě a práci s hromadiči, je jejich vůle. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis deals with hoarding disorder and with possibilities of social work with people with this disorder. The text is structured into three parts. The first part examines the hoarding disorder from psychological point of view, defines it and characterizes it. The second part deals with the social level, the impacts of the hoarding disorder on the life of hoarder, his family and the wider surroundings. In the third part, the thesis deals with tasks and possibilities of social work with hoarders and outlines a suitable way of communication with them. In the discussion I am confronting theoretical sources with case reports obtained for this work. Two case reports were obtained through own interviews with clients and social workers in the Fokus organization and the third was provided by the state authority OSPOD of the town of Přeštice. Essentially, all case reports confirm the findings of the literature and show that the main factor of success in treating and working with accumulators is their will. | eng |
