| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá především teoretickým vymezením a implementací principů Just in Time (JIT), Just in Sequence (JIS) a s nimi souvisejících metod
ve společnosti Robert Bosch spol. s r.o. Mezi dílčí cíle patří vymezení teoretických základů technologií JIT a JIS na základě poznatků z české
i zahraniční literatury a detailní analýza jednotlivých metod.
Každá metoda je podrobně zhodnocena a jsou rozpracovány její přínosy
a nedostatky. Dále je v práci rovněž věnována pozornost metodám Kanbanu, Heijunce, MRPI, MRPII, které s JIT a JIS úzce souvisejí.
Práce detailně popisuje implementaci JIS na projektu DNOX ve společnosti R. Bosch.
Systém JIT je rozpracován dle jednotlivých metod (Kanban, Nivelizace, Supermarkety), které byly v podniku postupně zaváděny. | cze |
