| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu řízení a financování neziskové organizace Medou z. s. působící jako denní stacionář v oblasti péče o zdravotně znevýhodněné osoby. První část práce se zabývá teoretickým popisem, vznikem a legislativnímu postavení neziskových organizací v České republice. Dále strategickým plánováním a možnostem jejich financování a popsány SWOT a STEP analýzy. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na neziskovou organizaci Medou z. s., na kterou jsou vypracovány SWOT a STEP analýzy strategického plánování. Dále jsou rozebrány zdroje financování od vzniku organizace do současnosti a navrženy postupy k navýšení úspěchu na trhu sociálních služeb. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis focuses on the management and financial analysis of the non-profit organization Medou z. s. which operates as a day care center for disabled people. The first part deals with a theoretical description as well as with the origin and the legislative position of non-profit organizations in the Czech Republic. It also sheds some light on strategic planning and the possibilities of financing including the examination of SWOT and STEP analyses. The practical part provides an insight into the non-profit organization Medou z. s. on which both of the aforementioned analyses were employed.
