| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis concentrates on the management of the sport organisation Handball Jindrichuv Hradec. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is an acquisition of resources, mainly financial resources and human resources.
The analysis consists in a quantitative method. It uses a personal interview with the chairman of the sport organisation Ing. Jaroslava Krupicová. The research is composed of short interviews with people live who live in Jindrichuv Hradec. The main task is to find out if people are aware of social media of this organisation and if they even know about the current situation of the handball club in Jindrichuv Hradec.
The thesis presents recruitment, promotion, financial situation and primarily functioning of chosen organisation. Work is divided to two parts. The first part is literary survey and the second one is practical part.
The results are published in a graphical and tabular form. The outcomes based of acquired information from questionnaire survey are processed in several suggestions which can be useful for the improvement of the organisation. | eng |
