| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je provést hodnocení efektivnosti investice a zjistit její vliv na výkonností ukazatel podniku. Pro účely bakalářské práce byl vybrán podnik XYZ s.r.o. Tento podnik investoval v roce 2015 do výstavby nového podnikatelského areálu a nové montážní haly. Podnik čerpal finanční prostředky z dotačního programu a prostřednictvím bankovního úvěru. Každý výkonností ukazatel podniku, který je v práci počítán je určován za pomoci ekonomických vzorců. Výsledné hodnoty ukazatelů jsou porovnávány v čase ve sledovaném období od roku 2014 do 2018 a je sledován vliv investice na tyto hodnoty. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Objectives of this bachelor thesis are to evaluate the efficiency of the investment and it's impact on business performance. There is a company XYZ s.r.o., which was selected for purposes of this bachelor thesis. This company invested it's funds in 2015 in regards to construction of a new complex for the performance of it's business activities. The company received funding from a subsidy program and a bank loan. Investments of the company generate a large financial item it affects the economic results and business performance. Each indicator which is calculated in bachelor thesis is determined by using economic formulae, which reflect the performance of the company. All results before and after the investment period are compared in time to determine the effect on business performance. | eng |
