dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá controllingem jako nástrojem řízení v podniku. Teoretická část se věnuje významu pojmu controlling, jeho historii, jeho cílům, funkcím a zásadám a jeho organizaci v podniku. Dále zahrnuje informace o vztahu controllera a manažera a rozebírá vybrané nástroje operativního a strategického controllingu. Praktická část je zaměřena na představení vybrané společnosti z hlediska předmětu podnikání, historie a současnosti společnosti a organizační struktury. Následně jsou poznatky z teoretické části aplikovány na vybranou společnost. V závěru práce je uvedeno několik návrhů, které by mohli přispět ke zdokonalení controllingového systému ve vybrané společnosti.	cze

The theoretical part is devoted to the meaning of the term controlling, its history, its goals, functions and principles and its organizational structure in the company. It also includes information about the relationship between controller and the manager and discusses selected tools of operational and strategic controlling. The practical part is focused on the introduction of the selected company in terms of history and present and organizational structure of the company. Subsequently, the theoretical knowledge is applied to the selected company.
