| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá orgány obce v rámci samostatné a přenesené působnosti. Vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se daného tématu, dále popisuje systém veřejné správy, postavení obcí jakožto územně samosprávných celků a také orgány obce a jejich činnost v rámci samostatné a přenesené působnosti. Praktická část se zaměřuje na orgány obce Lišov a jejich přenesenou i samostatnou působnost v praxi, analyzuje činnost obce v rámci obou působností, analyzuje a popisuje vývoj vybraných ekonomicko-právních aspektů za sledované období let 2010-2019, mezi které patří zejména vybrané příjmy, výdaje či zdroje financování, které byly pro výzkum zvoleny na základě konzultace s pracovníky Městského úřadu Lišov. V závěru jsou shrnuty dílčí závěry bakalářské práce. | cze |

The thesis introduces the czech system of public administration to the reader and describes its history and development. The theoretical part of the thesis also describes the most important legal and economic aspects of the delegated and autonomous power of municipalities.
