| dc.description.abstract | Práce popisuje význam supervize pro pracovníky v sociálních službách v pobytových zařízeních. V první části jsou nejprve popsány druhy, formy, funkce a metody používané v supervizi. Dále je uveden celý supervizní proces. Další dvě kapitoly jsou blíže věnovány sociálním službám. V posledních dvou částech se práce věnuje významu supervize v sociálních službách. Na závěr jsou porovnány poznatky z odborné literatury s příkladem z praxe. | cze |
