| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá rozvojem hasičského zájmového útvaru v Jihočeském kraji.
První část práce představuje historii práce s dětmi v SH ČMS (Sbor dobrovolných hasičů Čech, Moravy a Slezska). Dále popisuje organizační strukturu SDH (Sbor dobrovolných hasičů) a jejich pedagogickou praxi zaměřenou na celoroční vzdělávací činnosti. Ta nás seznamuje s postupy práce s mladými hasiči, ve které je zahrnuta hra Plamen. Hra Plamen je nedílnou součástí každého mladého hasiče. V druhé části popisuje výzkum, který si kladl za cíl zmapování hasičského zájmového útvaru. Na základě výročních zpráv a sumářů byly vytvořeny grafy. Závěrem jsou pomocí metody vytváření trsů vyhodnoceny rozhovory s vedoucími kolektivů sboru dobrovolných hasičů. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the evolution of firefighting interest group in
South Bohemian region. First part of this thesis presents the history of work with children in a Volunteer fire department of Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia.
The thesis also describes the organisational structure of the Volunteer fire department and their pedagogical practice focused on year-round education activity. It introduces us to the procedures of working with young fire-fighters, which includes a game called "Flame". This game is integral to every young fire-fighter. The next part of this thesis describes the research which aim was to map the firefighting interest group. The graphs were created based on annual reports and overview. In conclusion, there are interviews with team leaders of volunteer fire department evaluated using the tufting method. | eng |
