| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kompetencemi a schopnostmi trenérů florbalu a hokeje. Z hlediska managementu můžeme tyto trenérské kompetence, schopnosti a dovednosti srovnávat s prací manažerů, kteří však obvykle řídí větší skupinu lidí než trenéři, ale způsoby této práce s lidmi jsou obdobné. V bakalářské práci jsou formou standardizovaného dotazníku typu ABCDE klasifikace testováni florbaloví a hokejoví trenéři. Otázky jsou v dotazníku vytvořeny, tak aby cílily na chování trenérů v jednotlivých situacích. Záleží zde především na využívání kompetencí a schopností, které má trenér k dispozici. Z výsledku dotazníku vytváříme analýzu trenérského chování. Z níž je poté vytvořen nástin, jak vypadá běžný současný trenér. Toto nastínění je srovnáno s tím, jak by měl správný trenér fungovat. Cílem práce je analyzovat klíčové kompetence florbalových a hokejových trenérů, určit současný stav v rámci využívání kompetencí, schopností a dovedností těchto trenérů a navrhnout možná zlepšení. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the competencies and abilities of floorball and hockey coaches. In terms of management, we can compare these coaching competencies, abilities and skills with the work of managers, who usually manage a larger group of people than coaches, but the ways of working with people are similar. In the bachelor thesis, floorball and hockey coaches are tested in the form of a standardized questionnaire of the ABCDE classification type. The questions are created in the questionnaire to target the behaviour of coaches in individual situations. It depends mainly on the use of competencies and abilities that the coach has at his disposal. From the result of the questionnaire we create an analysis of coaching behaviour. From which an outline is then created of what an ordinary current coach looks like. This outline is comparable to a team, how a coach should work.
