| dc.description.abstract | Předmět bakalářské práce "Hodnocení a měření výkonnosti podniku" je zaměřený na hodnocení a měření finanční výkonnosti ve vybrané společnosti Jihostroj a.s. Za hlavní cíl se pokládá zhodnocení ekonomické výkonnosti zvoleného podniku a provedení komparace s konkurenčními podniky. Na základě zjištěných výsledků se navrhnou doporučení, která by napomohla k zlepšení výkonnosti sledovaného podniku. Stěžejní informace pro finanční analýzu jsou převzaty z rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty za období 2013 až 2019. Z oficiálně získaných dat se vypočtou ukazatele a souhrnné indexy, díky kterým dojde ke zjištění výkonnostního stavu podniku a možnému srovnání s vybranými konkurenčními podniky. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The subject of the work "Evaluation and Measurement of a Company Performance" is focused on evaluating and measuring the financial performace in the chosen company Jihostroj a.s. The main aim of this work is to measure and evaluate the financial perforamce using selected indicators of classic financial analysis methods. On the basis of established results to try to correct or improve general position of the company. The main source of information for financial analysis are taken from financial statements, which define current and past situation from the financial point of view. The most common company performance indicators are calculated from the officially obtained data of financial statements. The current and past situation of the company is compared from the analyzed periods and the achieved results of the practical part of the thesis. From the preview of the results of particular years, it is possible to determine measures to improve performance. | eng |
