| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení vlivu fluktuace podniků na Jihočeský kraj na základě vypracované analýzy. Analýzou vlivu fluktuace se tato práce zabývá pro vyhodnocení možných dopadů na jednotlivé ekonomické veličiny. Zkoumanými ekonomickými ukazateli v této práci jsou počet registrovaných subjektů, počet aktivních subjektů, hrubý domácí produkt (HDP), míra investic, výdaje na spotřebu domácností a čistý disponibilní důchod domácností. Tyto ekonomické dopady doplňuje sociální dopad podíl nezaměstnaných osob. V práci je na začátku představen přehled řešené problematiky včetně vymezení pojmu fluktuace a přiblížení jednotlivých zkoumaných dopadů. Poté následuje metodický postup, ve kterém je podrobně vysvětlen postup další, analytické, části práce. Konec práce obsahuje výsledky analytické části, návrh opatření a závěr. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The main goal of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the impact of companies' fluctuation on the South Bohemian region based on the analysis. This work analyses the influence of companies' fluctuation to evaluate its impact on individual economic variables. The examined economic indicators in this work are the number of registered entities, the number of active subjects, gross domestic product (GDP), investment rate, household consumption expenditure and net disposable income of households. These economic impacts are complemented by the social impact of the share of unemployed people. At the beginning, the thesis presents an overview of the issues addressed, including the definition of fluctuation and the introduction of individual examined impacts. This is followed by a methodological procedure in which the procedure of the next, analytical, part of the work is explained in detail. The end of the work contains the results of the analytical part, the proposal of measures and the conclusion. | eng |
