| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou systému řízení vybraného podniku v době koronavirové krize, práce je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část.
Teoretická část bakalářské práce se skládá z šesti kapitol. První kapitola popisuje malý podnik, výhody a podpory malých podniků. Druhá kapitola se věnuje organizační struktuře, obsahuje základní typy dělení a výhody a nevýhody těchto struktur. Třetí kapitola se věnuje tématu konkurenční výhody. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na inovaci, rozdělení a marketingové inovace. Pátá kapitola teoretické části obsahuje informace o krizovém řízení. Krizové řízeni je složeno z definice, fází, průběhu krize, krizové stra-tegie a podnikové krize. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na popis SWOT analýzy.
Praktická část práce se skládá z osmi kapitol. První dvě kapitoly charakterizují a popi-sují vybranou společnost. Třetí kapitola obsahuje organizační strukturu podniku, zde je popsána základní pracovní povinnost zaměstnanců a majitele podniku. Čtvrtá kapitola obsahuje SWOT analýzu podniku, tato analýza určuje vhodnou strategii v rámci situa-ce. Pátá kapitola se zaměřuje na aktuální strategie podniku a jejich využití v praktickém prostředí. Šestá kapitole popisuje konkurenci a základní rozmístění této konkurence. Sedmá kapitola obsahuje struktura a odpovědi na kvalitativní výzkum v podobě rozhovoru. Osmá kapitola popisuje návrhy opatření z výsledku šetření pod-niku a z výsledku rozhovoru obsahuje účinnost jednotlivých opatření a celkové zhod-nocení situace v rámci koronavirové krize. | cze |

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter describes a small business, the benefits and support of small businesses. The second chapter deals with the organizational structure, contains the basic types of division and the advantages and disadvantages of these structures. The third chapter deals with the topic of competitive advantage. The fourth chapter deals with innovation, division and marketing innovation. The fifth chapter of the theoretical part contains information on crisis management. Crisis management consists of the definition, phases, course of the crisis, crisis strategy and corporate crisis. The last chapter focuses on the SWOT analysis and its description.
The practical part of the work consists of eight chapters. The first two chapters characterize and describe the selected company. The fourth chapter contains a SWOT analysis of the company, this analysis determines the appropriate strategy within the situation. The fifth chapter focuses on current business strategies and their use in a practical environment. The sixth chapter describes the competition and the basic distribution of this competition. The seventh chapter contains the structure and answers to qualitative research in the form of an interview. The eighth chapter describes the proposed measures from the results of the survey and contains the effectiveness of individual measures and the overall assessment of the situation in the context of the coronavirus crisis. | eng |
