dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá vztahem sociální práce a sociálního podnikání jako jedné z možností pracovního uplatnění osob se zdravotním postižením. Přehledně shrnuje dosavadní poznatky o jejich souvislostech, dostupné teoretické znalosti i praktické zkušenosti z této oblasti a uvádí důležité aspekty kontextu sociální práce a sociálního podnikání. Nastiňuje možnosti, které mohou jednotlivé činnosti přinést jedna druhé a hledá, v čem si mohou být navzájem prospěšné. Hodnotí důležitost sociální práce pro sektor sociálního podnikání a snaží se nalézt jejich společného jmenovatele zodpovězením následujících otázek: Jaký je vlastně vztah mezi sociální prací a sociálním podnikáním? Je vůbec sociální práce pro sociální podnik také důležitá? Dá se sociálně podnikat i bez návaznosti na sociální práci?	cze
