| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá sociální prací s klienty střediska výchovné péče, kteří ukončili internátní pobyt. Charakterizuje činnost orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany, roli a náplň práce kurátora. Zaměřuje se na středisko výchovné péče, popisuje formy poskytované péče a způsob ukončení pobytu ve středisku výchovné péče. Zároveň se věnuje následné péči o klienty po ukončení internátního pobytu ve středisku výchovné péče v kompetenci orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany a popisuje, jak probíhá spolupráce orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany s doprovodnými organizacemi po ukončení internátního pobytu klienta.
Součástí práce jsou kazuistiky, které demonstrují možnosti intervence orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany u klientů, kteří absolvovali pobyt ve středisku výchovné péče a je potřeba u těchto klientů potřeba další pomoci a podpory. | cze |
