| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá přínosem pěstounství na přechodnou dobu pro následnou adopci. Teoretická část práce seznamuje čtenáře s náhradními formami rodinné péče, osvětluje její legislativní rámec, porovnává v základech pěstounskou péči na přechodnou dobu a péči ústavní, zmiňuje klady, zápory a případné nedostatky. V závěru seznamuje s pojmem adopce. V praktické části je porovnávána problematika osvojitelských rodin, které přijaly dítě z ústavní péče nebo z pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu. Jsou zde shrnuty nejčastější aspekty obou druhů péče tak, jak je vidí osvojitelé. Odpovědi jsou zaměřeny na výhody a nevýhody ústavní péče a pěstounské péče na přechodnou dobu v kontextu budoucí adopce a reflektují životy rodin s těmito dětmi. Výsledky poté reprezentují klady procesu předávání dítěte z rodiny do rodiny, oproti záporům předávání dítěte z institucionální péče do rodiny. | cze |

The theoretical part introduces to the reader the substitude forms of family care, clarifies the legislative scope, compares foster care for temporary period with institutional care in the basics, mentions pros, cons and possible faults. The practical part compares issue of adoptive families, which adopt the child from the institutional care or from the foster care for temporary period. There is the summary of the most common aspects both types of care from the adopters views.
