| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část je teoretická, obsahuje charakteristiku seniorské populace, dopady, které má stáří na společnost. Dále pak teoretická východiska sociální práce s individuálním klientem domovů pro seniory a jejich rodinami. Také zde popisuji hlavní cíle sociální práce v domovech pro seniory. Druhá část je praktická. Obsahuje kvalitativní výzkum. Na základě rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky identifikuje a popisuje specifika sociální práce využívaná v domovech pro seniory. Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat a popsat specifika sociální práce se seniory v domovech seniorů. | cze |
