| dc.description.abstract | Pro firmu Havel - Podlahové Centrum s.r.o. byl vybrán program Progres, který poskytuje mimo jiné dotace pro pořizování dlouhodobého hmotného majetku a jehož finanční podpora má podniku posloužit k získání prostředků pro zakoupení skladovací haly. Byla zpracovaná finanční analýza podniku, která byla nutná pro samotný návrh projektu.
Z návrhu financování plynou pro podnik tato fakta. Podnik při získání dotace z fondů EU ve výši 1 732 500 Kč bude muset vynaložit dalších 577 500 Kč z vlastních zdrojů.
Na základě provedené finanční analýzy podniku vyplývá, že firma Havel - Podlahové Centrum s.r.o. v roce 2006 měla finanční problémy.Vzhledem k tomu ze firma měla malé skladovací kapacity, nemohla pokryt veškeré zakázky, čím pricházela o zisk. S dalšími lety se situace podniku začala vyvíjet lépe. Impulsem pro zlepšení stavu byla také bankovní výpomoc. Podnik musel po celou dobu podnikání vynakládat finanční prostředky za pronájem prostor na skladování.
Získané finanční prostředky by umožnily pořízení nové skladovací haly, která firmě chybí. Tím by se vyřešily problémy s jejím pronájmem a umožnilo by se skladování většího množství materiálů. Firma by tak mohla zvýšit svou produkci.
Firmě Havel - Podlahové Centrum s.r.o. je navrzeno podat si zádost o dotaci z fondů EU, protože situace podniku na základě provedení finanční analýzy není dobrá. Pokud by firma o dotaci z fondů EU nepožádala nebo jí nebylo z nějakého důvodu vyhověno, mohla by se její situace ještě výrazně zhoršit.
Malé a střední firmy jsou nezbytnou a významnou součástí tržní ekonomiky. Malé a střední podniky na území České Republiky mají v plánovaném období 2007 - 2013 možnost čerpání dotací v celkové výši více než 26 mld. Eur. Podnikatele by se tudíž měli ve svém vlastním zájmu snažit o získání dotací, které do budoucna prospějí k rozvoji jejich dalšího podnikání i zefektivnění ekonomiky jednotlivých krajů a celé České republiky. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The program chosen for the company Havel - Podlahove centrum s.r.o. is the program ''Progress’q, which helps with grants with the purpose of investing into long-term equity. In this case, the grant will help the company to buy a warehouse. The financial analysis had to be done, in order to plan out the project.
The financial analysis concludes that with the grant from the EU funds of 1 732 500 CZK, the company must finance the project with another 577 500 CZK from it’s own sources. Based on the financial analysis, it was found that the company Havel - Podlahove Centrum s.r.o. had financial problems in the year of 2006. The main source of this problem was insufficient capacity of the warehouse, which resulted in inability to raise the output capacity. The following years, the situation was improving. The source of improvement was also a bank loan. The company had to rent a warehouse to store it’s goods.
The grant from the EU funds could help the company get the resources necessary, for the construction of the warehouse. This would solve the problems with renting-out the warehouse, and would allow to store a larger quantity of materials. The company could then increase it’s output.
My suggestion is to speed-up the request for the grant from the EU funds, because the situation of the company is not good, based on the financial analysis. If the company didn’t request the grant, or the request was to be denied, the situation of the company could get a lot worse.
Small and medium-sized businesses are a necessary part of the market economy. The small and medium-sized businesses in the Czech Republic in the time period of 2007 - 2013 can utilize the grants from the EU funds, in total of 26 billion EUR. The small and medium-sized business owners should try to get these grants, which will help to improve their businesses, and improve the efficiency of the economy in the regions of the Czech Republic in the future. | eng |
