| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o působení motivačních a stimulačních prostředků na pracovníky v organizaci, včetně rozboru forem motivace a stimulace. Pro vypracování této bakalářské práce byla zvolena organizace se jménem Obchodní akademie Tomáše Garrigua Masaryka a Jazyková škola s právem státní jazykové zkoušky, sídlící v Jindřichově Hradci.
Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část obsahuje teoretická východiska, definice a základní pojmy týkající se motivace a stimulace. Druhá praktická část zahrnuje základní informace o organizaci, dále rozebírá výsledky ze zpracovaných dat získaných z dotazníkového šetření, nestrukturovaných rozhovorů a pozorování. Závěr práce obsahuje návrhy možných změn, které by mohly vést k případnému zlepšení nedostatků. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the effect of motivational and stimulating means on employees in the organization, including the analysis of forms of motivation and stimulation. An organization called the Tomas Garrigue Masaryk Business Academy and the Language School with the right to a state language exam based in Jindřichův Hradec was chosen for the elaboration of this bachelor thesis.
The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contains theoretical background, definitions and basic concepts related to motivation and stimulation. The second practical part contains basic information about the organization, further analyses the results of processed data obtained from a questionnaire survey, unstructured interviews and observations. The conclusion of the thesis contains suggestions for possible changes that could lead to a possible improvement of shortcomings. | eng |
