| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza a zhodnocení současného odborného vzdělávání zaměstnanců v nestátní neziskové organizaci zaměřené na oblast charity.
Pro tento účel byla vybrána nezisková organizace Oblastní Charita Pelhřimov. Tato organizace zajišťuje služby pro lidi v tísni a v sociální nouzi.
V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy a způsoby odborného vzdělání zaměstnanců. V praktické části byl proveden výzkum pomocí dotazníku. Tento dotazník byl předložen zaměstnancům a vedoucímu pracovníku za účelem určení stavu odborného vzdělávání zaměstnanců s ohledem na stanovené požadavky.
Výsledky výzkumu byly poté porovnány a v závěru práce byly následně navrženy i možnosti, jak toto vzdělávání zefektivnit do budoucna. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of the bachelor thesis is an analysis and investigation of current staff training in a non-profit non-governmental organization focused on charity.
For this purpose was selected the non-profit organization Regional Charity Pelhřimov. This organization provides services for people in distress and in social need.
The theoretical part explains the concepts and methods of professional education of employees. In the practical part a research was conducted using a questionnaire survey. This questionnaire was submitted to employees and the manager in order to determine the state of the vocational training of employees with the regard to institutional requirements.
The results of the research were compared and in the conclusion there were suggested possibilities how to make the education more effective in the future. | eng |
