| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem logistického systému u vybraného podniku. V první části se autor věnuje teoretickým základům a vysvětlení pojmů vztahující se k tématu. V praktické části jsou aplikovány teoretické poznatky a rozbor dílčích činností logistického systému s hlavním zaměřením na informační a materiálové toky, skladovací procesy, logistické náklady či stanovení kritických faktorů. Pomocí výzkumných metod použitých v bakalářské práci jsou na závěr navrženy optimalizace jednotlivých činností podniku, které by měly vést k jejich zlepšení. | cze |

In the first part the author deals with the theoretical background and explanation of the concepts related to the topic. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied and the sub-activities of the logistics system are analysed with the main focus on information and material flows, storage processes, logistics costs or determination of critical factors.
