| dc.description.abstract | Hlavním tématem bakalářské práce je zvládání stresu. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stresu na pracovišti. V první části práce popisuje definici stresu a stresorů. Zkoumá také prevenci a důsledky stresu. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce je založena na dotazníkovém šetření, jehož cílem je zjistit, zda ve školství v kraji Vysočina působí na zaměstnance stresové situace a jak je ovlivňují. Součástí průzkumu jsou i doporučení a pokyny, které obsahují návrhy na snížení stresu na pracovišti. | cze |
