| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce popisuje zavedení managementu kvality ve výrobním podniku a nastavení správného certifikačního procesu ISO 9001:2016. V teoretické části se tato práce zabývá identifikací klíčových pojmů jako je systém managementu jakosti, totální management kvality a certifikační zpracování.
Praktická část se zabývá sledováním necertifikovaného výrobního podniku. Společnost je k certifikaci hodnocena praktickými pozorováními s využitím dat a analýz jednotlivých výrobních procesů. Výsledkem práce je stanovení potřebných dokumentů na základě jednotlivých částí normy. | cze |
