| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje základní teoretické poznatky z oblasti regionálního rozvoje.
První část, teoretické shrnutí, se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů a uvedením do problematiky regionálního rozvoje, a to jak z pohledu České republiky, tak z pohledu Evropské unie. Jsou definovány hlavní principy, cíle a nástroje regionálního rozvoje. Část práce obsahuje charakteristiku evropských strukturálních a investičních fondů. Dále se práce zaměřuje na analýzu dotačních možností poskytovaných Evropskou unií. Zaměřuje se také na rozpočty obcí, které tvoří jejich příjmy, výdaje.
Druhá praktická část textu je zaměřena na analýzu strukturálních fondů EU 2004-2020 a jejich přínos pro rozvoj regionů v České republice. Tato část práce zároveň představuje hlavní strategické dokumenty, které jsou klíčové pro rozvoj regionální politiky v ČR. | cze |

The first part, theoretical summary, deals with the definition of basic concepts and introduction to the issue of regional development, both from the perspective of the Czech Republic and the view of the European Union. The main principles, objectives and tools of regional development are defined. The part of the thesis contains the characteristic of the European structural and investment funds. In addition, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the grant opportunities provided by the EU. It also focuses on municipal budgets which constitutes their income, expenses.
The second practical part of the text focuses on the analysis of the EU 2004-2020 structural funds and their contribution to the development of the regions in Czech Republic.
