| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce byl návrh inovací, které povedou k zefektivnění práce v cestovní agentuře a zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti na trhu. Vybrány a analyzovány byly dvě cestovní agentury z Benešova. Při posuzování situace ve vybraných agenturách byl použit rozhovor a komparace. K vyhodnocení situace byla použita SWOT analýza a analýza počtu prodaných zájezdů. Na závěr jsou popsány návrhy na zlepšení situace v agenturách. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The goal of the bachelor thesis was the project of innovations leading to more effective work in the travel agency and to an enhancement of competitiveness of the agency on the market. Two travel agencies from Benešov were chosen and analysed. In the assessment of the situation in selected travel agencies interview and comparison of these two travel agencies were used.
