| dc.description.abstract | Hlavní náplní této bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit oblast zúčtovacích vztahů ve vybraném podniku. Práce se zaměřuje na kategorii zaměstnanců z pohledu účetního i finančního. Je zde charakterizováno zúčtování se zaměstnanci, zúčtování hrubých mezd, pojistného, ostatní pohledávky a závazky z obchodních vztahů a jejich dopad na finanční analýzu. Práce obsahuje popis vybraného subjektu, horizontální a vertikální analýzu pohledávek a závazků. Tématem práce jsou dále mzdy, jejich vývoj ve vybrané společnosti, ale také dotace a produktivita práce a mzdová produktivita. Cílem je aplikovat uvedená teoretická východiska u vybraného podnikatelského subjektu. V závěru práce je celková analýza výsledků, návrhy na zlepšení a opatření. | cze |
