| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit systém motivace zaměstnanců v podniku. Práce je rozdělena do části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část je zaměřena na poznatky z odborné literatury o motivaci zaměstnanců. Praktická část je věnována charakteristice organizace od historie po její současnost a motivační nástrojům, které jsou v organizaci využívány. Dále se praktická část zaměřuje na analýzu dat získaných dotazníkovým šetřením. V závěrečné části je vyhodnocen dotazník, celková situace v podniku a jsou podány návrhy na případné změny. | cze |
