| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce má teoretický charakter a zabývá se problematikou náhradního mateřství v České republice. Cílem je přiblížit podstatné etické problémy a ukázat, jak je institut náhradního mateřství právně upraven. Dále se tato práce věnuji roli, jakou v institutu hraje sociální pracovník a v neposlední řadě se také zabývá rodinou, která je jedinečnou
a nenahraditelnou institucí. Je známo, že v dnešní době stoupá počet neplodných párů
a náhradní mateřství je jednou z metod pomoci v neplodnosti, při které se i tyto páry mohou stát rodiči. V České republice je ale institut náhradního mateřství jen minimálně upraven zákony a pro mnoho lidí z celého světa je eticky nepřijatelné. V práci upozorňuji na to,
že je důležité, aby byl v budoucnu institut náhradního mateřství zcela právně upraven, aby nedocházelo k jakémukoliv zneužití tohoto institutu a aby se předcházelo negativním dopadům, které by mohly nastat. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis has a theoretical character and deals with the issue of surrogacy in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to approach the essential ethical issues and show how the institute of surrogacy is regulated by Czech law. Furthermore, this work shows the role played by a social worker in the institute and it also deals with the family, which is unique and an irreplaceable institution. It is known that the number of infertile couples is increasing today and surrogacy is one of the methods of infertility assistance in which even these couples can become parents. In the Czech Republic, however, the institute of surrogacy is only minimally regulated by law and is ethically unacceptable to many people around the world. At this thesis, I point out that it is important that, in future, the institute of surrogacy be fully regulated, that there should be no abuse of this institute and that the negative effects that may occur should be avoided. | eng |
