| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá nalezením podpory zaměstnanců v organizacích sociálních služeb prostřednictvím supervize. První část práce je věnována osobě sociálního pracovníka, činnostem, které vykonává, ale také předpokladům nutných pro výkon této profese. Následuje představení supervize, jejích forem, funkcí, ale také osoby supervizora.
Druhá část práce se zabývá nalezením možností podpory supervize pro zaměstnance sociálních služeb. Zde dochází k zařazení supervize do života organizace, následuje upřesnění podmínek, které jsou při hledání supervizora stanoveny. Poté je nutné vysvětlit, jak supervize v organizacích probíhá, ale také sestavit kontrakt mezi zadavatelem a supervizorem. Poslední kapitola práce se zabývá průběhem supervize v organizaci Otevřená OKNA, z.ú., která poskytuje podporu handicapovaným klientům, a následným nalézáním podpory zaměstnanců prostřednictvím supervize. | cze |

The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the person of social worker, activities which he does, but also to the prerequisites necessary for exercise of this profession. The second part of thesis deals with finding ways to support supervision for employees of social services.
