| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce přibližuje čtenáři reakci školské politiky Spolkové republiky Německo na otázky migrace a školské integrace. Čtenář je seznámen s fungováním státního zřízení federativní republiky, systémem školství ve Spolkové republice Německo a s Evropskou migrační krizí. Obsah legislativních dokumentů z oblasti školství je přiblížen na výběru čtyř spolkových zemí, jmenovitě Bavorska, Braniborska, Saska a Severního Porýní-Vestfálska. V práci je přiblížen pohled těchto dokumentů na oblasti školní docházky žáků z řad migrantů, jejich školskou integraci a vliv odlišného náboženství na běžné předměty nabízené ve veřejném školství. Bakalářská práce je komplexním pohledem na problematiku německých školských legislativních dokumentů ve vztahu k Evropské migrační krizi. | cze |

The reader is acquainted with the functioning of the federal republic, the education system in the Federal Republic of Germany and the European migration crisis.
