| dc.description.abstract | Cílem mé bakalářské práce na téma motivace a stimulace v řízení bylo popsat a zhodnotit stávající situaci v oblasti motivace a stimulace pracovníků ve vybrané organizaci a zkoumat faktory, které by mohly mít vliv na jejich pracovní výkon a spokojenost v zaměstnání. Podle zjištěných informací pak navrhnout firmě taková doporučení pro tvorbu motivačního plánu, která by mohla přispět k větší motivovanosti zaměstnanců, případně odstranit odhalené nedostatky.
Pro získání potřebných dat jsem použila dotazníkovou metodu, řízené rozhovory se zaměstnanci dané firmy a pozorování.
Mimo jiné jsem se při šetření blíže zabývala problematikou odměňování, hodnocení pracovníků a motivací zaměstnanců ze strany nadřízených pracovníků a zjistila jsem následující skutečnosti. V oblasti hmotného odměňování nebyl zjištěn výrazný problém, většina zaměstnanců je se systémem odměňování spokojená a považuje ho za spravedlivý. Stejně tak lze hodnotit motivaci ze strany vedoucího pracovníka. Zaměstnanci se cítí být svým nadřízeným motivováni. Výrazný nedostatek se ovšem projevil v oblasti hodnocení pracovníků a v poskytování zpětné vazby. Zaměstnanci jsou za svou práci hodnoceni pouze zřídka, navíc většinou formou kritiky. V tomto směru jsem tedy firmě doporučila zajistit spravedlivé hodnocení pracovníků a poskytovat jim neustálou zpětnou vazbu na jejich výkony.
Věřím, že návrhy k vytvoření motivačního programu firmy, budou pro firmu i pro její zaměstnance přínosem. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of my bachelor’s work focused on motivation and stimulation in the area of management was to describe and assess a current situation in the area of motivation and stimulation of the employees within a selected company and to examine factors which would influence their performance as well as their satisfaction at work and on the base of the gained information to further suggest the company such motivation plan suggestion that would contribute to greater motivation of the employees or eventually replace the faults revealed.
Having gained the necessary information, I used methods of questionnaire, survey, guided interviews with the employees of the company and consequent monitoring.
Among others, I further dealt with issues concerning rewarding, assessment and motivation of the employees by their superiors finding out the following facts. Within the area of the rewarding, there was no significant problem found and the most of the employees were satisfied with the system of rewarding and considered it as reasonable and fair. The motivation by the superiors was as well considered as rightful. Considerable drawback, however, was shown in the area of assessment and evaluation of the employees as well as in providing them with a feedback. The employees had been evaluated only very rarely, moreover, in the form of criticism in most cases. Therein I suggested the company to ensure an equitable assessment of the employees and to provide them with a persistent feedback considering their performance.
